1.    Conditions for using Emergency Equipment

 

The following list will only be used in time of Emergency, Special Events only.

 

2.  When is Equipment Needed?

 

A CTSS* weather net shall attempt to commence operation whenever there is a threat of severe weather in the Central Texas area, or if there is active severe weather in the area. There are three operative modes that can be used during an activated Network weather net.

 

3. All equipment usages:

 

All equipment usage is under the discretion of the owners. It is your responsibility to coordinate the usage and return of borrowed equipment.

 

All equipment is for the use of licensed Amateur operators only. Equipment will not be used for commercial uses UNLESS under the direction of the owner of the equipment. In this case the borrowing party will do everything in his or her power to insure the equipment will be cared for at all times.
